Ted was previously President and Chief Business Officer for Raptor Pharmaceuticals. He joined Raptor through its acquisition of Convivia, Inc., which he founded. He also co-founded and was Chief Operating Officer for Instill Corporation, a pioneering e-commerce company. Ted has advised and consulted for numerous technology and life science start-ups.
Ken has more than forty years of industry experience, including executive research management positions at large and small companies, and successful experience with clinical programs and regulatory authorities. He has participated in or directed 30 INDA and 17 NDA/BLA/ANDA submissions.
Dan is a scientific leader/executive with 25+ years of experience in preclinical development of novel biotherapeutics. He has held leadership roles in small/emerging biotechnology companies as well as large biopharmaceutical organizations and provides consulting advice to start-up and virtual companies.
Jason has over 25 years of experience with pharmaceutical product development specializing in formulation development and manufacturing of clinical supplies. He has held CMC operations and strategy roles for Bristol Myers Squibb, Cephalon, SGX Pharma, and many others.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Ken is assisting Selva with funding and corporate development. He was a White House Presidential Executive Fellow, Advisor to the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) and to the Vaccine Research Center (VRC) of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) on emerging infectious disease threats. Ken is co-founder and/or director on the Boards at Adjuvance Technologies, SeromYx Systems, Meissa Vaccines, ID Biologics, and Public Health Vaccines, LLC. He also was the Founder and CEO of PaxVax.

Laura has more than 25 years of academic and biotech experience in vaccines, small molecules, enzyme-based therapeutics, and nucleic acid delivery platforms. Her areas of expertise include infectious diseases, cancer, and autoimmunity. Laura has held executive and founding roles at Actym Therapeutics, Aduro Biotech, Catalyst Biosciences, and Hawaii Biotech. She is currently president of Immunitas Consulting.
ADVISORS
Dr. McKerrow is the Dean of Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences at UC San Diego Health Sciences. Prior, he served as Professor of Pathology and Director of the Center for Discovery and Innovation in Parasitic Diseases, UC San Francisco. Dr. McKerrow founded and served as chief executive officer of Demeter Pharmaceuticals, a non-profit company focusing on acquisition and screening of the largest marine natural products library in the United States. He is a member of the American Society for Cell Biology, American Society of Microbiology, American Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, American Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene, American Society of Parasitologists and the American Society of Immunologists.
